Aneil teaches leadership in the College of Business at ECU. This is a senior leadership course in which students not only develop their own personal leadership skills, but work in teams to help a campus organization or community firm develop their own leadership strength.
As the Thomas D. Arthur Distinguished Professor of Leadership, he brings extraordinary leaders to campus. In 2014, Bob Lintz visited ECU as the Cunanan Leadership Speaker and met with students, faculty, staff on campus and at the medical school.
Aneil’s executive education offerings include: leadership, innovation, team development and building a culture of trust. Here’s him in action.
As a Princeton alumnus, Aneil regularly interviews high school seniors who have applied to Princeton. He also raises money each year for his class, the great Class of 1984.
He also serves on the board of the Carolina Headache Foundation, which creates and supports competitive grants for both new and established researchers, organizes community programs aimed at reducing the burden of headache disorders, and reduce disparities in delivery of care to headache patients.
